With modern and stylish finishes throughout, this 7,200 sqm refurbishment over four floors was completed on time and within budget. Our professional team project managed and co-ordinated all site activities, whilst our Construction team completed complex and detailed aluminium partition work, plasterboard ceilings and bulkhead works all to a high standard. The project consisted of an executive floor with a detailed reception area and complex meeting rooms with a two way mirror system. A large breakout area with an in-house café compliments this floor. The remaining floors all have individual breakout areas, meeting rooms and open plan work areas which bring together this project. Other features of this fit out included sound proof recording studios, tea rooms and mail rooms. The air-conditioning system was upgraded, which included new duct work, pack units, fresh air intakes and new linear into plaster board ceilings. New fire rated computer rooms were constructed to house the UPS system and components. Installation of new fire services was also managed by Stevens O'Neill.
